• Transfer the money to “ TrekGuru Private Limited  ” Account.

• Send your Name, Age, Blood Grp Address, Mobile No & Screen shot of payment on What's App - 75886 10887

Advisory

• Leaders decision will be final & binding to everyone till the completion of the trek.

• Alcohol, Smoking, Chewing Tobaco is strictly not allowed on the trek. If found you will be disown from event.

• Polluting trek route of the destination is strictly prohibited & any participant found doing so may have to face disciplinary action.

• Participants or Members are responsible for his/her own safety and baggage.

• The team reserves all the right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without prior notice.

Refund & Cancellation

• No refund for cancellation once the payment is done.

• No refund Booking amount 

• If Only because of any emergency situation the event is cancelled by Organizers, the full amount will be refunded.

• You must register before last date or else you will be not qualified for the trek.

• Trekking is an adventure game. If you are injured or have an accident during this period, you responsible for yourself. Organizers will not be responsible for this.

• The organizer will not be responsible if the participants arriving at the base village do not arrive on time or are unable to contact the organizer there.

• Authentic local food will be Provided on trek.

  🚫 In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
