The Lingana Climbing Expedition & Explore Boratyachi naal Trek is one of the most beautiful and adventure treks to do in the Sahyadri range. It's a full package of adventure exploration in Sahyadri. The trek takes you through dense forests surrounded by beautiful valleys and mountains. The fort got its name from its shape which is like a “Linga”. Due to its impregnability, Lingana Fort was used to keep prisoners under the Maratha reign.

Lingana Fort is situated 16 miles away to the southeast of Mahad village between Torna and Raigad in the Sahyadri range. The height of the fort is 2969 feet. Fortification has destroyed there remains only cisterns and warehouses of grain.

 Note: This is technical rappelling event which needs prior rappelling experience. First timers not allowed to join.
